Whoa, PC Additions

Well my order arrived today (made on firday) and I'm glad I ordered it.
So you can see mah secka puter:
On my order list was:
2x Black RAM Heat Spreaders.
1x Dual 12" Blue Cold Cathode Kit.
I did order 1x PCI Wireless Network Card, but they was out of stock, so I cancled that and went to PCWorld and grabed one from there.

Fire Bad

At 8am this morning my dad went to wash some pots. At 8:05am my dad came into my room telling me to get up and get outside. At 8:10am I find out the the waterheater had burn out and caught fire. 2 minute later the firecrew get here and prevent spreading. Lucky the gas got shutoff outside by my mum, so it couldn't fuel the fire. We now have no gas and lost part of the kitchen. |

Woops.

It would appear that during some downtime caused by my laptop locking up MySQL has got damaged, because of which the forums are down once again. So until I get round to fixing it (which will probably tomorrow) there shall be no forums. Lucky for me it only effected my forum, so nothing major is lost.
Sorry about this. But this is a good reason why not to use a server as anything but. More so when it's an unstable server at that.

They are just taking the piss

I was just checking out Megagames.com in a periode of shire boredem, while checking through the new demos sections i noticed something about the size of game demo files these days, sure i can accept them being pretty large, large being around 300mb, but i was simply just amazed by the fact the F.E.A.R single player demo was over 600mb but i was infact more esthonished to find the Dungeon Siege II demo was one point four fucking gigabytes!
Jeez how fucking big do you need the demo to be, christs its only to preview what the game is going to be like, there is no way in hell i will be trying any of those demo's simply because i cant be bothered spending 6-12 hours downloading a demo that is only gonna last about 20 to 90 minutes to play. |

Oh Noes

Oh noes, for some reason my forum has died. Not sure why, but I can't be bothered to reinstall it yet. So until I can it will remain dead. Sorry to the four people who use it.
[edit: I fixed the forum. I turned off MySQL like a n00blet  oh well, all back to normal now  enjoy the forum again.] |
