Now who's the punk... bitch?
Hello,

I missed last weeks news post on the basis of Christmas, and because I was rather drunken and lazy, more lazy than anything though. It was a meh holiday, and now I am just waiting to go back to university and bum around for a few months, and maybe if I'm lucky I can find out how well I did in webdev.

I got an interesting selection of gifts this year, with the most used having to be Firefly which I got from my oldest sister and family, which is nice. Taking forever to rip it to my PC though as it's going at 0.5x speed, I've already watched the whole thing about 5 times through, it's that good. Now all I have to do is buy the Extra Strong Mints I owe Annemarie and I can send her gift across the pond (she decied it'd be best to send our gifts to each other after Christmas to avoid the risk of losing them in the mail). I got her a Memory Stick Stick Stick Stick Stick Stick Stick Stick Stick Stick Stick Stick Stick Twig which is the most awesome creation ever!

I also got a great Inspector Morse book boxset, which will give me some goodness to read to fill some of those stupidly long hours of nothingness, happy happy, joy joy. Well that's 2006 done and dusted and with all the bad luck lets hope 2007 turns out better.

Take care,

Sure, just like in the movies.
Hello,

So I'm at home for the christmas holidays and one tends to forget how small ones room is until they go back to it. I have so much stuff most of it now lives on and around the floor just because I have no where else to put it all. I might have to go on a huge power drive and start binning stuff I have no use for just to free up some space.

The two gigs last week were also very good. Wednesday was Paul's and he did regga (or how ever that is spelt) and for white guys, they pulled it off very well so well worth staying the extra week just for that (I also talked to Julie the french lady, which is the first time I've really talked to her in all the time I've spent in the house, nice lady).
Then Thursday was Hannah's gig, which was more pop-rock which started with Hannah showing up every other drummer to do one of these gigs by thrashing the drumkit, then they got started and I must say they was rather damn good also. Which all in all made staying 7 extra days well worth it just because it was such fun.

Being at home I have also managed to screw up my body clock, as I write this it is about 7:45pm (GMT), and I have been wanting to goto sleep for the last 3-4 hours. Maybe it's because it gets dark so early, I don't know, but I even went to sleep early last night slept well but once it goes dark I just lose all track of time and become tired, it is rather off putting. I supose I could blame the fact I'm used to high powered lighting and now I'm using a single 40w light bulb, my room is very dark. Think I'll go take a nap now.

I get one phone call, right?
Hello,

This semester is slowly coming to an end and all that is left now is for me to goto two gigs on Wednesday and Thursday for two house mates as their course says they have to do one, or some such. Then I can pack whats left of my junk into boxes and go home for Christmas, which is nice.

Last week was Ministry of Sound University Tour at The Pav so we all went to that to have us some fun. Apparently at some point photos of us dicking about will show up on the uni webby, but until then I have a little gallery of the night here.

Also I learnt that gymming it up is great fun unless you slightly over do things, in which case you get the most painful muscle cramps ever the next day. But I've had a two days rest so tomorrow I'll go back and make more use of my membership. £5 for the year, what a bargin, and it's only £5 as I have to pay for a Proxy ID card so I can get in and out of the gym, everyone else (People who aren't living in Univiserity housing) have to pay £35 a month which is still a huge bargin next to some places.

Well I get to go home soon, and finish off my Christmas shopping, so much expense.

Take care,

Ever notice how childhood keeps getting shorter and shorter?
Hello,

Very late this week, but I've been somewhat busy just having fun with house mates. Because pretty much everyone has now finished for the year it's very relaxed. I was due to go home this weekend, but I was asked to say a week longer to goto Hannah's gig thingy for her music course, so I'll probably goto Pauls too the day before too.

Downside to putting off going home is I have most of my junk packed away that I wanted to take home so I'll be living out of a suitcase (well a bergen) out of lazyness, and I now regret my bad spelling, googling bergen to see if I spelt it right found me an Army Surplus webby and I've seen soo much stuff I now want. Though most is nice and cheap, I really shouldn't buy any of it for some time.

I guess that's all I have for this weeks late update.

Take care,

And when you lose that possibility... it just kind of sucks.
Hello,

Sorry todays news post is late, but my old host changed the server my site was hosted on, and everything went tits up after that. So now I changed to Lunarpages and had to wait for the domain to kick in.

I've pretty much finished university this term, with 10-20 minutes work done on a report for webdev and a small exam for OSP and I'll be good to go home. Though I was amused when I found that almost no one has started the website yet bar me, and those who have, just went for the generic copy the site from the example sheet and just change the content. So it looks like I might be the only person to get a good grade for it. Which is nice.

On Monday when washing some clothing we (being James, Paul and I) went to The Pav for a drinkiepoo, then when all the washing was done and we went back to the house Hannah said she wanted to go for a drink, so we dumped the clothing made a pit stop, and went down to The Pav again for a drinkiepoo and a few games of pool. First game was Javes Vs Me, James won with my only pots, trys, goals, baskets, homeruns, touch downs, pockets, scores being ones he potted for me by mistake. Rather bad loss, but meh, next up was Paul Vs Hannah, Hannah won keeping Pauls loosing streek up (He is yet to win a game againts Hannah), then James and Hannah if memory serves correctly James won though was close. Then Paul Vs Me, to work out whos the losererest, an extremely close game with a lot of great shots and rebounds, and some of my own amazed me. I won, but by one ball (not counting black), which was good fun, but I played better after I had some Newcastle Brown Ale in meand was feeling rather drunk than what I did when I felt sober, which was weird.

That's pretty much it, other than after spending about 2 hours 30 minutes cleaning my boots, the smell of boot polish is really getting up my nose and starting to make me feel sick. But damn to my boots look shiney.

Take care,
